the founder — and the one who picks up

From the founder

Why I only run one job at a time.

I have spent enough years on other people's sites to see exactly how it goes wrong: too many jobs, too few men, and the house that is slowest to pay ends up finished last. I did not want to run a business like that. So we take one villa, put the whole crew on it, and do not start the next one until your handover is signed. If that means turning work down, we turn it down. I still walk every site on handover day, and I still answer the phone myself.

The crew

The same faces, every single visit.

Our carpenters, tilers, painters, electricians and plumbers are on our own payroll — not picked up from a labour camp the morning of your job. That is why the crew that starts your house is the crew that finishes it. Ask us how many people will be in your home, and we will tell you before you sign anything.

Site Supervisor

Runs the job daily and sends your weekly photos.

Carpenters

Wardrobes, doors, kitchen units, built-ins.

Tilers & Marble

Floors, walls, stairs and wet areas.

Painters

Prep, filler, sanding and finish coats.

Electricians

Rewires, DBs, lighting and fittings.

Plumbers

Water lines, drainage, leaks and fixtures.

Our own crew — nobody subcontracted, nobody borrowed from another site.
